Abstract
Fasciola hepatica, a zoonotic liver fluke, can cause disease in humans. Common symptoms and signs of acute fascioliasis are epigastric or upper abdominal pain, fever, arthralgia, and malaise. However, cerebral symptoms of hepatic fascioliasis are very rare. We report a case of cerebral lesions caused by typical fascioliasis that was diagnosed by laboratory and imaging findings.
